The 2012 Progressive Party is the signature annual fundraiser for American Progress. An evening cocktail reception featuring food, beverages, and great entertainment, this event invites our supporters and allies to discuss pressing challenges facing our country with today's most respected and well-known policymakers and thought leaders. We will celebrate our shared accomplishments and re-dedicate ourselves to a promising, progressive agenda on behalf of all Americans, please join us!

American Progress operates two separate nonprofit organizations to maximize our ability to advance our progressive agenda. The Center for American Progress is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) tax-exempt research and educational institute. Contributions are attributed to the Center for American Progress. Except for $150 per dinner attendee (and an additional $20 per Policy Breakfast attendee), donations are tax deductible, may be disclosed to the IRS, and will support policy initiatives, research, and public education. If paying by check, please make it payable to Center for American Progress.

Contributions to the Center for American Progress Action Fund are not tax deductible and may be disclosed to the IRS. Contributions to CAP Action support transforming progressive ideas into policy through a variety of activities. CAP Action is a nonpartisan 501(c)(4) tax-exempt organization dedicated to achieving progress through action.
